sowing

sowed more winter spinach and arugula

(2 kinds: Sylvetta that according to Coleman is a wild variey that is more winter hardy but the seeds are TINY and seem expensive with only 100 seeds in one pack; if you plant them 1" apart as Coleman suggest that makes only four rows of 25".
I also sowed the sprouting arugula because we have so many of them. Experiment, they are next to the others)
